Refund requests and billing corrections.

First purchase requests

We review refund requests submitted within 14 days of an initial Pro purchase. Include the purchase email, order reference and reason. Review does not guarantee approval. A different or longer period applies where required by mandatory law or applicable payment-provider procedures.

Renewals and duplicate charges

Report duplicate or incorrect charges promptly. We review renewal refund requests submitted within 7 days of renewal, subject to applicable law. Canceling a PayPal subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current period. Confirmed paid access continues through its paid-access date; cloud projects are not deleted when a subscription is canceled.

Technical problems

If a paid feature materially fails, contact support so we can investigate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may restore access, extend service or process an approved full or partial refund through the original payment provider.

How refunds are processed

For PayPal purchases, Yard Material Lab handles product and refund requests; approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method where supported. Bank processing time is outside our control. PayPal's applicable dispute and buyer-protection processes remain available. Historical FastSpring purchases retain the transaction terms and support route on their original receipts.

Send product, billing or refund requests to support@yardmateriallab.com. You can also review recurring payments in your PayPal account. Effective September 11, 2026.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not replace or reduce any refund, withdrawal, cancellation or remedy rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to a consumer. Mandatory law and applicable payment-provider protections take precedence where required.
